ATCCQ Group Buying – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

ATCCQ Group Buying services are provided exclusively to corporate members and ATCCQ community-related sponsorships.

2. Order Placement

  • All orders must be placed within the specified sales period.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • Please ensure all order details are correct before submission.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices are valid only during the promotional sales period.
  • Products are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity.
  • ATCCQ reserves the right to adjust or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.

4. No Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the item received is incorrect.
  • In the case of a wrong order, customers must notify ATCCQ within a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

5. Collection & Pickup

  • Buyers are responsible for collecting their orders within the designated sales or pickup period.
  • Items not collected within this period may be forfeited without refund.
  • ATCCQ is not responsible for storing uncollected items beyond the specified timeframe.

6. Product Responsibility

  • Product descriptions are provided by suppliers. ATCCQ does not guarantee accuracy but will make reasonable efforts to ensure correct information.
  • Any product-related issues should be addressed promptly upon collection.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • ATCCQ acts as a facilitator between suppliers and buyers.
  • ATCCQ shall not be held liable for supplier delays, product defects, or any indirect loss arising from purchases.

8. Amendments

  • ATCCQ reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
